Third Wave centers youth most impacted by inequity as the architects for community and systemic change. We make investments that recognize the resilience and leadership of young women
, transgender, and gender non-conforming youth. We support this work-at the intersection of race, gender, sexuality, disability, and class-because we believe in justice and equity for all. The empirical evidence of grassroots, community based organizing shows us that those who have navigated society while facing interlocking oppressions have the clearest road map to freedom.
