National Latina Institute for Reproductive Health

The National Latina Institute for Reproductive Health (NLIRH) works to ensure the fundamental human right to reproductive health and justice for Latinas, their families and their communities through public education, community mobilization and policy advocacy. Through coalition-building, public education, and policy advocacy, NLIRH has been a major force in bringing the struggles and triumphs of immigrant women to the forefront of the reproductive health and women’s movements. Third Wave’s support increases NLIRH’s capacity to cultivate a highly skilled cadre of young Latina reproductive justice activists who are mobilizing for social change.
