Wagatwe Wanjuki is an External Relation Intern at Third Wave and studied International Relations at Tufts University, where she gained an increased interest in activism against gender-based violence and co-lead a group to prompt change to the campus sexual misconduct policy. While not advocating change in the policies at Tufts from home, she serves as the Student Outreach Coordinator of Students Active For Ending Rape and is excited to also join Third Wave as an External Relations intern. She hopes to go to grad school to study Public Policy in the near future before going to law school.
