Vivien Labaton was the founding Director of the Third Wave Foundation.
She is curently a Fellow at Atlantic Philanthropies. Prior to her work at Atlantic, she was a Blackmun Fellow and then a Staff Attorney at the Center for Reproductive Rights. A graduate of Barnard College, Vivien earned her J.D. at NYU Law School. She is the co-editor, with Dawn Lundy Martin (a Third Wave co-founder), of The Fire This Time, a collection of essays by young activists on the future of feminism.
