Holly Young is Third Wave’s
Program Assistant. She graduated from Bard College in ‘08 and now lives in Ridgewood, Queens. She is quite fond of cooking and is going to attend the Institute of Culinary Education while working at Third Wave. She is involved with Domestic Workers United, the Coalition of Concerned Legal Professionals and Al-Awad – the Palestine Right of Return Coalition. She likes to grow things, pickle things, meat grind things, and brew things. She plays the drums like an animal and likes to share knowledge with others.

Exhale Executive Director Aspen Baker been selected as one of KQED radio’s (Public Media for Northern CA) 2009 Unsung Local Heroes. Aspen has been awarded this tremendous honor beside four other Bay Area women to celebrate Women’s History Month. By presenting Aspen with this award, KQED pays tribute to her incredible leadership as the founder and Executive Director of Exhale, her vision of a world free from abortion stigma, and her unwavering commitment to creating lasting social change for women worldwide.
